Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4_5 pre boiled potatoes
  2. 4_5 tomatoes
  3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tbsp red chilli
  6. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  7. 1 bowl cream
  8. 1/2 tbsp cream


  1. Peel potatoes and cut from mid and deep fry it and keep aside.
  2. Now add oil add paste of tomatoes add salt red chilli turmeric garam masala ..saute it .
  3. Now add boil potatoes mix well now add cream .....your tangy potatoes are ready.
  4. Serve it with kacchori....
