Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maize flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped tomato - 2 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped green chilly - 1
  6. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,maize flour,onion,tomato,green chilly,coriander leaves,salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  2. Make a dough with the help of little water.
  3. Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  4. Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll them with rolling pin.
  5. On a heated pan make tikkad applying clarified butter on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot.
