Dahi ke kabab is made from hang curd. It is a creamy and soft snack that tastes really delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 Cup Hung Curd
  2. 1 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers Chopped
  3. 1 to 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander
  4. 1 Teaspoon Powdered Cardamom
  5. 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  6. 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  7. 3 To 4 Tablespoon Rice Flour
  8. Salt to Taste
  9. Oil for Frying
  10. Green Chutney

Instructions

  1. Take this hung curd in a bowl, add mixed bell peppers, coriander, a little cardamom powder, a little chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder and a little rice flour for binding. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into kababs and fry them in oil in a pan. Fry till they turn brown in colour.
  3. Transfer them to a serving plate.
  4. Serve them with green chutney.
