This namkeen is vrat special ,one can make it during fasts,it's taste is sweet and salty ,made up of sabudana anf dry fruits.

Ingredients to make Vrat special namkeen

  • sabudana half cup
  • water to soak 1/4 cup
  • oil to fry
  • Sliced coconut 2tsp
  • Chopped almonds 2 tsp
  • Raisons/kishmish 1 tsp
  • peanuts roasted 2tsp
  • rock salt/seendha namak as per taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dessicated coconut 2tsp

How to make Vrat special namkeen

  1. TAKE HALF CUP SABUDANA IN A BOWL.
  2. ADD 1/4 TH CUP WATER TO IT AND LET IT REST FOR 5 MINUTES.
  3. AFTER THAT DRAIN EXCESS WATER AND KEEP IN A STRAINER SO THAT IT GETS FREE OF WATER FOR 12-15 MINUTES
  4. NOW HEAT OIL AND FRY THEM.
  5. LIKE THIS THEY WILL PUFF BUT MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T CONSIST OF WATER .
  6. NOW FRY COCONUT PIECES.
  7. ALSO FRY SOME CHOPPED ALMONDS JUST FOR SECONDS.
  8. NOW IN A BOWL TAKE SABUDANA
  9. ADD FRIED COCONUT AND ALMONDS
  10. ADD ROCK SALT/SEENDHA NAMAK TO IT HALF TSP OR AS PER TASTE,ADD HALF TSP BLACK PEPPER.
  11. SOME RAISONS/KISHMISH
  12. PEANUTS CAN FRY OR DRY ROAST THEM
  13. DESSICATED COCONUT.MIX WELL
  14. READY TO EAT.
