Chicken stuffed tomato rice cake

Ingredients to make Chicken stuffed tomato rice cake

  • 2 nos tomato
  • 1/4 cup minced chicken
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chilly
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 nos egg
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make Chicken stuffed tomato rice cake

  1. Mix well chopped ginger , garlic , chilly, onion, pepper, salt and butter with minced chicken. Scoop and clean the tomatoes. Fill the tomatoes with chicken stuffing.
  2. In another bowl beat the egg with salt , butter, oregano, crushed pepper and mix with cooked rice properly.
  3. Take two small size baking dish and greased with butter. Pour the egg rice mixture first and insert the chicken stuffed tomatoes ( upside down) . Put butter on the top.
  4. Bake with water bath in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
  5. Or till brown colour.
  6. Meanwhile make the sauce. Put little bit butter in a kadhai, add chopped garlic and fry. Add tomato puree , salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce in boiling puree and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Sauce is ready.
  8. Pour the cooked sauce in serving platter. Demould the tomato rice cake and keep on the sauce. Sprinkle some chopped coriander on the top .
  9. Tasty tasty tomato rice cake is ready to serve.
