ABOUT Dill Dosas RECIPE

This is an traditional goan sweet dosa made of raw rice and dill. leaves

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw rice: Two cups
  2. dill leaves one bunch
  3. A fistful of flattened rice
  4. jaggery 1/4cup
  5. fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  6. grated coconut 1 tablespoon(optional)
  7. ghee for serving
  8. salt

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and flattened rice and fenugreek leaves for about five hours
  2. Grind it to a fine paste with dosa like consistency. keep aside for minimum two hours or overnight.
  3. At the time of making dosas grind together dill leaves, coconut, jaggery and mix well with the batter. Apply little oil or ghee on the dosa pan and make dosa
