Ingredients to make Beetroot masala maggi pazzta

  • 1 packet maggi pazzta masala penne
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  • water for boiling
  • 1tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 cup beetroot paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1tbsp Pazzta tastemaker
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 1 small cube cheese

How to make Beetroot masala maggi pazzta

  1. IN HOT WATER ADD 1 PACKET MAGGI PAZZTA MASALA PENNE WITH 1/2 CUP GRATED BEETROOT
  2. COVER IT WITH LID AND BRING IT TO A BOIL.
  3. STRAIN AND SET ASIDE
  4. HEAT 1 TBSP CANOLA OIL
  5. ADD 1TBSP THINLY CHOPPED GARLIC, SAUTE UNTIL BROWN
  6. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED SPRING ONION AND 1/2 CUP BEETROOT PASTE, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  8. ADD PAZZTA 1TBSP TASTEMAKER, 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER, 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE, 1/4 TSP SALT AND MIX IT.
  9. ADD THE BOILED PAZZTA AND MIX.
  10. ADD 1TSP DRIED BASIL
  11. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED CILANTRO
  12. NOW GRATE 1 CUBE OF CHEESE ON BEETROOT PAZZTA
  13. HEALTHY BEETROOT PAZZTA IS READY. SERVE HOT
