ABOUT Kashew nut pakoda with kumbakkonam filter coffee RECIPE

An easy to do snack for the evening specially during winter.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Quarter kg whole cashew nuts
  2. 500gms besan
  3. 200gms rice flour
  4. 2 to3 green chillies
  5. 1tsp fennel sds
  6. Half tsp turmeric powder
  7. Curry leaf15 to 20 torn into peices
  8. 1/4tsp cooking soda
  9. 1/4th cup ghee
  10. 1cup chopped spinach
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and pour the oil . while the oil is getting ready prepare the rest of the ingredients to a pinching consisting by adding water little by little. Add a tblsp of the hot oil in the prepared mixture mix thoroughly . take a handfull and drop it into the oil by pinches not too small but slightly big and let them be of uneven shape.when they turn golden brown remove and spread it a lined colander to remove exccess oil
