Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Colour Capsicum-3 nos
  2. Butter Peppers-3 Nos
  3. Green Chillies-2
  4. Onions -1 (chopped)
  5. Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  6. Coriander powder-2tsp
  7. Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
  8. Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  9. Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  10. Ghee-1tsp
  11. Cauliflower-1 Cup(boiled)
  12. Corriander& Curry leaves
  13. Salt -to taste
  14. Water -1/2 tumbler
  15. To Grind :-
  16. GINGER-A SMALL PIECE
  17. Garlic-3
  18. Tomatoes-2

Instructions

  1. Bell Peppers  loaded with good nutrition. All varieties are excellent sources of vitamins A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fiber. ... Compared to green bell peppers, the red ones have almost 11 times more beta-carotene and 1.5 times more vitamin C.
  2. A wide variety of Capsicums ,butter peppers chillies are added with tomatoes
  3. Take all the ingredients & keep first
  4. Add a half tsp of Ghee & add Cumin seeds(1/2tsp) in it
  5. Green chillies(2), onions -1 (chopped),Curry & Corriander leaves
  6. Slice All Bell-peppers & Butter peppers and keep
  7. Pour grinded Ginger /garlic , tomatoes in it add pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  8. Add masala powders (Red chilli powder-1/2tsp, Corriander Powder-2tsp,Garam Masala-1/2tsp)and water to it & cook for a while
  9. In another pan added the chopped Bell peppers,butter peppers with half tsp of Ghee.
  10. Add little salt to it & fry
  11. Saute it nicely
  12. In the masala-mix pan add cauliflower boiled ...
  13. And pour little water to get mixed -up with masalas & cook it . Meanwhile in other pan Finely fry the Capsicums.
  14. Add pour very little Chilli- Vinegar in Both the pans
  15. Nicely cook the ingredients in both the pans
  16. Add then add bell peppers in the Gobi masala mix pan & Nicely stir both & Serve Hot
  17. Here is your YUMMY TUMMY FILLING DISH READY
  18. Very tasty & Coulouful Recipe done without coconut & Cooking oil too.Only a tsp full of Ghee is needed
