Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  2. Roasted bread crumbs 1 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Butter 50 gm
  5. Salt 1/3 tsp
  6. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  7. Filling:
  8. Boiled mutton keema 1 cup
  9. Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  10. Egg 2
  11. Tomato sliced 300gm
  12. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  13. Tomato sauce 4 tbs
  14. Salt 1/2 tsp
  15. Freshly ground black pepper powder 1 tsp
  16. Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Mint 3 tbs
  18. Basil leaves 2 tbs
  19. Lamon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Strain flour with baking powder, salt.
  2. Chop butter in to small pieces and press into flour using fingertips.
  3. Once mixture looks like bread crumbs.add egg, roasted bread crumbs and make a stiff dough.
  4. Add a little cold water if needed.
  5. Coat dough with a cling film and keep to refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.
  6. Then roll out dough on a floured surface to the thickness of 1/6 inches.
  7. Line the flan case and prick the base also trim edges.
  8. Make two thread with a small amount of dough.braid threads.
  9. Set braided dough along the edges using a little water.
  10. Bake in a pre heated oven overall 180°centigrate for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Filling procidure:
  12. Separate egg whites and make foam with two eggwhite until stiff peaks.
  13. Mix 1/2 of grated cheese, mozzarella cheese,tomato sauce,salt,egg yolks, very well.
  14. Add sliced tomatoes, whole spice powder, freshly ground black pepper powder, chopped mint,basil leaves.
  15. Fold this mixture clock wise with a spatula into egg white foam very lightly.
  16. Pour filling into flights case that baked previously.
  17. Bake it in pre heated oven 180°centigrated for 5 minutes.
  18. Add rest of cheese and bake again for 2 minutes.
  19. Serve hot garnishing with fresh mint, tomatoes,
  20. Enjoy it is superbly dilicious.
