About Spaghetti cake Recipe

This is a savoury item. In this recipe have added all coloured capsicums and tomatoes. For flavouring have used chilli flakes, black pepper powder and mixed herbs.

Spaghetti cake

Ingredients to make Spaghetti cake

  • Spaghetti 200 grams
  • salt 2 tsp added to the water in which spaghetti is being cooked
  • water 2 litres for cooking spaghetti
  • Few drops of oil added to the water in which spaghetti is being cooked
  • Red coloured capsicum 1/2
  • Yellow coloured capsicum 1/2
  • Green coloured capsicum 1
  • tomatoes 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Whole wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • Grated processed cheese 6 cubes
  • salt to taste for the remaining ingredients
  • Freshly ground black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • Fresh cream 1&1/2 cup
  • Milk about 1/2 cup

How to make Spaghetti cake

  1. In a broad container take water.
  2. Add salt and oil to the water.
  3. Switch on the gas.
  4. Keep spaghetti in it.
  5. Spaghetti will remain out for some time don't worry.
  6. After it starts getting cooked it will slide down and get cooked properly.
  7. After about 10 minutes it will get cooked.
  8. Now drain the water and collect the spaghetti in a strainer.
  9. Chop all the capsicums and tomatoes finely.
  10. In a mixing bowl take all the cut vegetables.
  11. Add chopped coriander leaves and whole wheat flour.
  12. Add 2/3rd of grated cheese, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, salt and mixed herbs to it.
  13. Add cream and milk to the bowl.
  14. Mix everything properly and then add spaghetti in it.
  15. Carefully mix everything properly.
  16. Take a greased baking tin and transfer the contents into it.
  17. Spread the remaining cheese above the contents.
  18. Place the container in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
  19. There will be lovely browning above after it is baked.
  20. Let the cake cool for some time after that demould it.
  21. Place it in a serving tray and serve it with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can increase the amount of red chilli flakes if you like.
