ABOUT Moroccan Chicken... RECIPE

I love to make varieties types of chicken recipe but this Moroccan chicken is little bit different type which is cooked in aromatic sauce with tomato & chilli.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken leg piece(big size)...4
  2. Cumin seeds...1tspn
  3. Coriander seeds...1tspn
  4. Cinnamln stick...1
  5. Kashmiri red chilli...12
  6. Peppercorn...1tspn
  7. Tomato...5
  8. turmeric powder...1tspn
  9. Onion...2
  10. Choppee garlic...5tspn
  11. Coriander leaves...3tspn
  12. Salt
  13. Sugar...1teaspn
  14. oil
  15. Tomato ketchup...2tspn

Instructions

  1. Take turmeric powder,6 kashmiri red chilli,peppercorn,salt,cumin seeds,coriander seeds in a blender.
  2. Make coarsely ground powder of it.
  3. For tomato sauce, boil tomato & kashmiri red chilli first.After that make it cool,peel off the skin of tomatoes & make a paste of it.
  4. Boil this tomato paste with 2 cup of water,salt,sugar & tomato ketchup.When the consistency become sauce like switch off the gas.
  5. Marinate the chicken with powdered spices & keep rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Heat oil & fry the chicken pieces.
  7. When fried well,add chopped garlic & onion.Cover it & let it cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Add extra powdered spices.
  9. Add already made 2 cup of tomato_chilli sauce now.Mix it well & cook it in medium flame till it soft.
  10. When it's ready add chopped coriander leaves & switch off the flame.
  11. I love to serve it with butter parantha.But it's also fabulous with any kind of flavoured rice or fried rice.
