Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Masoor black sabut - ½ cup
  2. Onion slices - 1 cup
  3. Chopped ginger - 1 tbs
  4. Chopped green chilli - 1 tbs
  5. Coriander leaves - 2 tbs
  6. Haldi power - ½ tbs
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Coriander power - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Edible oil - For deep frying

Instructions

  1. •	Grind soaked masoor in mixie.
  2. •	Mixed Onion slices and rice flour than mixed others all chopped vegetables like Chopped ginger,Chopped green chilli,Rice flour,Coriander leaves.
  3. •	Mix Onion slices and rice flour than mix others all chopped --
  4. •	Add Coriander power and salt., mix well.
  5. •	Take edible oil in a fry pan, heat it and fry prepared masoor onion bhajia.
  6. •	Place Bhajia in a plate and serve.
  7. •	Serve with chilli chutney.
