These little cheesey fish stuffed roasted tomatoes are so juicy and delicious. Great appetizer or suitable for side dishes as well.this mouth watering, tango tomatoes must blow up Your mind.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless fish fillets 2
  2. Rope large tomatoes 400gm
  3. garlic 2cloves minced
  4. onion 1 sliced
  5. Green chilli 1 finely chopped
  6. coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Tarmaric Powder 1/2 pinch(just for adding colour)
  8. salt 1 tsp
  9. Lamon juice 1.5 tsp
  10. olive oil 1 tbs
  11. Grated Cheese 1/4 cup
  12. cloves 8-10pcs
  13. Finely chopped Fresh coriander leaves 3 tbs
  14. mint leaves 2 tbs


  1. Cut tomatoes in helf crosswise.scoope out all the seeds.
  2. Brush some olive oil on outer side of tomatoes.prick cloves on it.keep aside
  3. Marinate the first fillets with lamon juice and 1/2 tsp salt for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut fish fillets into small pieces.
  5. In a small skillet add 1 tbs olive oil saute garlic minced until they gets pale brown colour.
  6. Add sliced onion sauteed untill transparent.
  7. Add coriander powder, pinch of tarmaric Powder, chopped marinated fish.
  8. Add salt.cook for 5/6 minutes.add 1/2 of cheese and fresh coriander,mint leaves.turn off heat.
  9. Fill the cavities of scooped tomatoes with a generous amount of garlicky cheesey fish filling.
  10. Sprinkle rest of shredded cheese on stuffed tomatoes.
  11. Roast or bake in a preheated 345°F for 15-20 minutes
  12. Remove the cloves from roasted tomatoes.garnish with fresh mint.
  13. Serve hot with roti,plain rice or polao rice or as a appetizer.
  14. Enjoy..
