How to make Nacho's topped with Mexican Salsa and Cheese Sauce

  1. Making of Mexican Salsa : In a bowl add the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, salt, pepper, lemon juice, coriander and oregano and mix well. Drizzle some olive oil and combine everything together and keep it aside.
  2. Making of Chip's : Take tortilla's as required and drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some paprika powder on top of each tortilla.
  3. Cut the tortilla's into triangle shape and bake for about 3 -4 mins at 180* C till golden brown and then remove them and cool.
  4. Making of Cheese Sauce : Combine the cheese and milk in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  5. Switch off the flame, add the mustard powder and salt and mix well. Keep aside.
  6. Assembling Together : Arrange Tortilla chips on a plate. Spread ½ portion of the uncooked salsa and ½ the cheese sauce over it.
  7. Garnish with Coriander and some Oregano.
  8. Serve immediately.

My Tip:

Serve immediately or the chip's can get soggy. Instead of Jalapeno's you can also use green chillies.
