Oats and Sprouts Chaat

Ingredients to make Oats and Sprouts Chaat

  • Oats - One Bowl
  • Boiled Sprouts ( Kala chana & Whole Moong ) - 1 Cup
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • tomato - 1
  • cucumber - 1/2
  • onion - 1
  • green chillies - 2
  • coriander
  • lemon Juice - 2 Spoons
  • Green Chutney & imli Chutney
  • Salt & Chaat masala

How to make Oats and Sprouts Chaat

  1. Dry roast the oats on medium heat till it is light brown. Remove it to a bowl or plate to cool completely.
  2. To make sprouts, soak Kala Chana & Moong overnight. In d morning, drain water & put d beans in air-tight container. Sprouts will be ready within 1-2 days in summers.
  3. In winters, it will take a bit longer to sprout. Shake the container occasionally. ( You can use beans of your choice.)
  4. Put the sprouts in a pressure cooker & cook till they become tender.
  5. Chop Potato, Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Green Chillies, Coriander.
  6. Mix Sprouts & Chopped Vegetables, Salt, Chaat-Masala, Lemon Juice & both types of Chutney.
  7. Now add Roasted Oats to this mixture and mix well.
  8. Put this chaat in a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander and serve this Healthy & .Lip-Smacking Chaat immediately.
