Ingredients to make Corn & Spinach Sandwich
- - 1/2 cup boiled
- - 1 cup washed
- - 1/4 chopped finely
- White sauce/mayonnaise- as per preference to make the mixture little moist and not too runny.. About 5-6 tbsp
- /oil- 1 tsp
- Salt, , oregano, chilli flakes to taste

- - 3-4 cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp whole aata/maida
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp /olive oil
- 1 Amul/Britannia cheese cube grated
How to make Corn & Spinach Sandwich
My Tip:To make the white sauce in a quicker manner, just mix all the ingredients for the sauce as mentioned above. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally till u get a custard sauce like consistency. In case lumps are formed in the sauce, don't panic, just let it cool a bit and give one blitz in a blender by adding 2-3 tbsp milk. You will get a smooth sauce. You can strain it also if you like. White sauce can be prepared well in advance and stored in an air tight glass jar for about a week.
