Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ripe timatoes 10 - 12
  2. sugar 2 cups
  3. Milk pd 1 cup
  4. ghee 1/4 cup
  5. Cardamon pd 1 tsp
  6. Mix nuts 1/4 cup
  7. rose patals 1/4 cup (optional)


  1. 1. Wash and blanch and drskin tomatoes
  2. 2. Puree them in a mixer grinder
  3. 3. Transfer into non stick pan add sugar milk pd mix all well and heat till nice and thick.
  4. 4.add ghee and keep string till it leves the pan . Turn off the flame and add nuts ( cashew almond pistachios and kismis) add cardamon pd and mix well.
  5. 5.Serve hot or set in a greased plate and cut squares when cool.
