Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida 175 gm
  2. Milkmaid 1 tin
  3. Butter 100 gm
  4. Cocoa powder 4 tsp
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. Soda-bi-carbonate 1tsp
  7. Rum essence 1tsp
  8. Melted dark chocolate 1/4 cup
  9. Chocolate brown essence 1/4tsp
  10. Aerated soda 200 ml
  11. Whipped cream
  12. Tinned cherries

Instructions

  1. Gease a baking tin and dust with flour.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 deg.
  3. Sieve together dry ingredients.
  4. Beat softened butter and milkmaid. Add vanilla,rum essence and brown color. Add melted dark chocolate Beat well.
  5. Add maida mix and aerated soda alternatively to the batter. Fold gentle. Pour into the tin and bake for 45 min. Check after 20 min.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream and cherry.
