A very- very healthy dish loaded with the goodness of wheat, vegetables & curd. A delicious way to make the kids eat all the required nutrients.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Multi-grain or atta Bread - 4 Slices
  2. Hung curd - 1/2 Small Bowl
  3. sooji - 2 Large Spoons
  4. Chopped onion - 1 Large Spoon
  5. Chopped tomato - 1 Large Spoon
  6. Chopped capsicum - 1 Large Spoon
  7. Grated carrot - 1 Large Spoon
  8. Grated cabbage - 1 Large Spoon
  9. Salt and Black pepper Powder (According to Taste)
  10. haldi - 1/4 Small Spoon
  11. olive oil


  1. Take a bowl. Put all the ingredients (except bread and olive oil) in it and mix them well.
  2. Now take the bread slices. Spread the mixture on one side.
  3. Heat a pan. Put a little olive oil in it.
  4. When the oil is hot, place the slice in it with the battered side down.
  5. Add a little more oil around the corners so that the slice doesn't get stuck. Bake it well.
  6. Now turn the slice and and bake the other side well.
  7. Bread Pizza is ready. Cut it into halves and serve hot with tomato sauce.
