2 cups rava
1 cup sugar
Salt to taste
8 to 10 curry leaves
Ghee as required
Lukewarm water as required

Instructions

Mix water rava with lukewarm water to make batter consistency soak it for 5mins then add sugar salt and finely chopped curry leaves, mix well.
Now heat paniyarakkal pan and grease all the pan moulds with ghee and then add batter and close the lid and let it cook for 3 mins then turn them on the other side cook for another 3 mins, remove once done. Serve hot.
