Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Marie biscuits 1packet
  2. Powdered Sugar 10 tblsp
  3. Cocoa powder 3tbspn
  4. Dessicated coconut 6tblspn
  5. Rose syrup 3tbspn

Instructions

  1. Grind marie biscuits into a fine powder.
  2. Add cocoa powder and 6tblspn sugar powder and mix well
  3. Using very little amount of water, prepare a stiff dough of this mixture
  4. In another bowl add dessicated coconut, remaining sugar and rose syrup mix well. It should become like a paste. You can add more syrup if the moisture looks dry.
  5. Now divide the biscuit dough into 2parts. Roll one part like a thick chapati.
  6. Spread half of the coconut mixture evenly on it.
  7. Start rolling the chapati tightly to make a cylindrical shape.
  8. Cover the roll with aluminum foil and refrigerate it for half hr.
  9. Cut into slices and serve chilled
