Ingredients to make Muruku

  • Rice flour (1 1/4)
  • Roasted gram powdee (pottu kadalai maavu-1/4)
  • oil -1 spoon
  • chilly powder -half spoon
  • salt-as required
  • Carom seed ( ajwin-omam)-1 spoon)
  • cumin (jeera-jeragam)-1 spoon
  • water-as required
  • hing-half( teaspoon)
  • To fry: oil as required

How to make Muruku

  1. 1.IN A bowl take rice flour,Roasted gram powder, cumin,carom seed ,salt, chilly powder,hing.mix well and make dough with water.
  2. 2.fill in the muruku press.squeeze over greased ladle,deep fry in hot oil
  3. 3.Tasty muruku ready.
