Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big capsicum
  2. 250 gram potetoes
  3. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp lemon Juice
  7. 1 tsp gram masala
  8. 1/2 inch ginger
  9. 1/2 turmeric powder
  10. 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  11. 1 tsp chily paste.

Instructions

  1. put boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add all the spice powder - freshly chopped coriander leaves, green chily paste, greated Ginger, greated carret, cumin powder,garam masala, turmeric powder,lemon juice,salt,and bread crumbs.
  3. Take one capsicum and cut off the top and remove the stem out by using sharp knife.
  4. Run a knife all around the capsicum and take out the center and deseed them gently to make them halves for stuffing.
  5. Spoon by spoon fill the capsicum with potato mixture stuffing and press it down with the spoon or finger to enswer they are are well filled.
  6. Cut capsicum in to half to one inch thick ring by using sharp knife.
  7. Take a nonstick pan and put 2 tbsp oil in it.
  8. Now take capsicum ring ring and put it one by one on tawa and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  9. After 2 minutes flip it over and cook from another side for further 2 minutes.
  10. After cooking from another side flip the capsicum Rikki and cover the lid for a minute to make the capsicum little soft.
  11. Take out from the pan carefully.
  12. Slightly sprinkle chaat masala ,red chily powder and serve hot.
