ABOUT Chinese Tomato Bonda RECIPE

This is my innovation of our aalu bonda and Chinese hakka noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 small red tomatoes
  2. 1 table spoon chopped green capsicum
  3. 1 table spoon chopped cabbage
  4. 1 table spoon chopped onion
  5. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  6. 1 procesed cheese cube
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt/ as per taste
  9. 1 pack hakka noodles
  10. 1 cup cornflour
  11. 250 gm boiled potatoes
  12. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take a deep pot and boil noodles in the pot.
  2. Strain the noodles ,wash under running water to remove starch and sprinkle some oil on them to avoid sticky noodles and keep aside
  3. Mix all  chopped vegetables , Oregano, gratted cheese and salt .
  4. Cut the cap of tomatoes and with help of peeler  make  tomatoes empty.
  5. Mash the boiled potatoes and some black pepper powder and salt.
  6. Fill the tomatoes with cheesy vegetables close cap and cover the tomato with dough of mashed potato.
  7. now take some boiled noodles sprinkle some cornflour.
  8. Stick these noodles on the potato covered tomato with the help of wet hands.
  9. Again sprinkle cornflour on  the ball.
  10. In a plate take some cornflour and put some noodles and mix them in flour for a coating.
  11. Deep fry these noodles till light brown colour and crispy.
  12. Finally deep fry our Chinese Tomato Bonda till light brown colour.
  13. our chinese Tomato Bonda is crispy from out side  and tangy  inside.
  14. Serve Chinese Tomato Bonda on the bed of crispy noodles with soya and tomato sauce ,
