A very delicious and tasty Chinese snack. With a yummy crunchy starter.

gobi manchurian ( Spicy Tomato gravy)

Ingredients to make gobi manchurian ( Spicy Tomato gravy)

  • cauliflower medium size
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • 2-3 tbsp corn flour
  • tomatoes 2-3 pureed
  • green chillies 3-4 chopped
  • garlic 3-4 chopped
  • ginger 1/2 inch chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala
  • salt to taste

How to make gobi manchurian ( Spicy Tomato gravy)

  1. cut the cauliflower in small small pieces
  2. watch it 2-3 times
  3. In a bowl mix all purpose flour and corn flour together and make a paste
  4. In a Kadai heat oil and deep fry cauliflower one by one as pakoda.
  5. For gravy Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds to splutter
  6. Add green chillies and ginger garlic finely chopped
  7. After a while add finely chopped onions
  8. Add tomato puree and dried masala and cook it for 5-10 minutes
  9. Add the fried cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes
  10. Serve hot
