ABOUT gobi manchurian ( Spicy Tomato gravy) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower medium size
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. 2-3 tbsp corn flour
  4. Tomatoes 2-3 pureed
  5. Green chillies 3-4 chopped
  6. Garlic 3-4 chopped
  7. Ginger 1/2 inch chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. cut the cauliflower in small small pieces
  2. watch it 2-3 times
  3. In a bowl mix all purpose flour and corn flour together and make a paste
  4. In a Kadai heat oil and deep fry cauliflower one by one as pakoda.
  5. For gravy Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds to splutter
  6. Add green chillies and ginger garlic finely chopped
  7. After a while add finely chopped onions
  8. Add tomato puree and dried masala and cook it for 5-10 minutes
  9. Add the fried cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes
  10. Serve hot
