ABOUT Barley cookies with different taste RECIPE

Crispy cookies creamy, jammy and choclatey.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup semolina
  3. 1 cup Butter
  4. 1 tsp Baking powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pinch of sugar
  7. Milk as required

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with flour, semolina, baking powder salt, sugar and butter.
  2. Rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Now spread dough and cut with a small edges bowl and prick with a tool pick.
  4. Bake in preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for twenty minutes.
  5. Then keep for one minute and garnish with cream, chocolate, jam and jelly.
  6. Ready to serve
