Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10 - 12 midium size tomatoes
  2. 150 crumbled paneer
  3. 1 cup grated cheese
  4. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  6. 2 spoon tomato kechup
  7. 1 spoon red chilli sauce
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 spoon garam masala powder
  10. 1/2 spoon chat masala
  11. 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes intp halves.
  2. Remove pulp and keep inverted for 5 minutes.
  3. Put paneer,cheese, tomato pulp, onion, boiled peas ,salt, olive oil, tomato kechup, red chilli sauce, garam masala and chat masala in mixing bowl.
  4. Mix gently.
  5. Fill the tomatoes halves and arrange in a microproof plate.
  6. Microwave at grill mode for 8 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
