Ingredients to make Aloo Pakode with Singhara ka Aata(water

  • 1 cup singhara flour
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1.5 tsp sendha namak
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1tsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli
  • 1 glass water
  • oil for frying

How to make Aloo Pakode with Singhara ka Aata(water

  1. 1 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER, 1/2 GREEN CHILLI, 6 PEELED POTATOES, 1CUP SINGHARA FLOUR, 1.5 TSP SALT, 1TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1GLASS WATER
  2. CUT POTATOES INTO LONG ROUND THIN PIECES.
  3. ADD CORIANDER, GREEN CHILLI, SALT, CHILLI POWDER N WATER TO FLOUR N MIX IT TO FORM BATTER.
  4. BATTER SHOULD BE SMOOTH, WITHOUT ANY LUMP
  5. NOW DIP POTATO PIECES IN THE BATTER N FRY IT .
  6. FRY TILL THE Y BECOME GOLDEN BROWN.
