This is a delicious recipe which we can relish during fast or even when we are not fasting.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup singhara flour
  2. 5 potatoes
  3. 1.5 tsp Sendha namak
  4. 1 tsp red chili powder
  5. 1tsp chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 tsp green chilli
  7. 1 glass water
  8. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER, 1/2 GREEN CHILLI, 6 PEELED POTATOES, 1CUP SINGHARA FLOUR, 1.5 TSP SALT, 1TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1GLASS WATER
  2. CUT POTATOES INTO LONG ROUND THIN PIECES.
  3. ADD CORIANDER, GREEN CHILLI, SALT, CHILLI POWDER N WATER TO FLOUR N MIX IT TO FORM BATTER.
  4. BATTER SHOULD BE SMOOTH, WITHOUT ANY LUMP
  5. NOW DIP POTATO PIECES IN THE BATTER N FRY IT .
  6. FRY TILL THE Y BECOME GOLDEN BROWN.
