Smoky Pepper and Jalapenos Pickle Cheese patties

Ingredients to make Smoky Pepper and Jalapenos Pickle Cheese patties

  • For Puff Pastry, 1 cup all porpose flour, 1/2 cup extra for dusting
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 90 gram butter
  • 50 ml chilled water
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • For Stuffing, 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 green chilli nicely chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled Jalapenos with carrot
  • 1/ 2 cup cheese
  • 1 tbsp barbeque sauce
  • 1 tbsp shezwan sauce
  • few basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Milk, butter mixture and 1 tbsp shezwan sauce to grease the side

How to make Smoky Pepper and Jalapenos Pickle Cheese patties

  1. For patties sheet, take all purpose in a mixing bowl,add salt and chilled water gradually and knead a stif dough
  2. Now roll the dough length wise, Now take some butter (reserve some for next two step) and rub on surface and and fold this E shape and seal this in cling film and keep in fridge for rest 1/2 an hour or till hard the butter
  3. After 1/2 an hour left out and dust some flour and roll again but this time change the side when roll it again rub butter on surface and this time roll the dough book like and again sealed it and keep in fridge
  4. First three times greased the butter on surface and fold and last three times fold the empty but every time change the sides repeat this process for total 6 times, but in last time to fold spread some cheese
  5. And fold it
  6. Mean while for stuffing, roast the red bell pepper on direct flame for smoky flavour
  7. Like this roast green pepper also
  8. When both pepper roast, peel the skin and nicely chopped it
  9. Add chopped green chillies, some chopped pickled Jalapeños and pickled carrot, some chopped basil, salt as per taste, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, Cayenne pepper, all spice powder and mix all well and keep aside
  10. Other side when dough perfectly set roll this and cut in boat shape and joint the trim part on sides
  11. first pour barbeque sauce on the base and spread evenly
  12. Now spread shezwan sauce evenly
  13. Now fill the boat with smoky chopped pepper and other mixture
  14. Spread cheese, pickled Jalapeños and chopped basil over the top
  15. Grease the sides with milk, butter and shezwan mixture
  16. bake this on preheated oven at 180* to 190* for 30 minutes or till done
  17. Now Smoky Pepper and Jalapenos Pickle Cheese patties is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste
