Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Boiled vermicili
  2. 1 cup quinoa powder
  3. 1 cup Chopped onions
  4. 1 cup carrot grated
  5. salt accd to taste
  6. pepper accd to taste
  7. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  8. 1/2 cup sour cream
  9. 1/2 cup Pudiana Chutney

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add finely chopped onions,grated carrot,boiled vermicili,quinoa powder lit bit water if it is required make a dough
  2. Now take a roundles for tikkis make a small size of Tikki grill it on a tawa till golden colour
  3. In a plate assemble Tikki put sour cream and pudiana chutney on it and spread some pomegranates seeds serve it hot
