Veg balls

Ingredients to make Veg balls

  • Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  • Grater beetroot 1/4 cup
  • salt
  • oil
  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • gram flour 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

How to make Veg balls

  1. In a bowl add grated vegetables, salt, cumin seeds
  2. Then add chilli powder, gram flour, corn flour and mix well
  3. Add crushed ginger garlic, coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Make small ball and fry it in a hot oil
