These Vadas generally makes on Fast its very Tasty. Rajgira has Amino Acides it helps to digestion fast that is why its very useful during fasting.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Amarnath / Rajgira Flour
  2. 1 Tsp Dhana-Jeera Powder
  3. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Aamchur Powder
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. Oil

Instructions

  1. Took Broad Vessal then put Rajgira Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Dhana-Jeera Powder, Aamchur Powder, Salt to Taste & Little Water.
  2. Mixed well all the Masalas with Rajgira Flour.
  3. Kneaded the Rajgira Dough neither too Soft nor hard its a medium soft Dough.
  4. Then took empty Milk Bag & Washed it well then put it on Rolling Board.
  5. Then made medium Balls form the Rajgira Dough put it on the Milk Bag & Pressed it with applied Some Water on the Palm & made medium sized Vadas.
  6. Put Kadhai on Gas & Poured Oil into it to Heated it up.
  7. After Oil Heated put Vadas gently into Kadhai then deep fried the Rajgira Vadas from both the sides.
  8. Finally put Rajgira Vadas into Serving Dish with Fastwali Potato Sabji & Banana.
  9. "Garmagaram Amarnath / Rajgira Vadas" Ready.
