ABOUT Sprouted Uttapam with Cream of Cauliflower Soup RECIPE

Made from sprouted moong and vegetable its so healthy to eat and for digestion

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4th cup sprouted moong
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup suji
  4. 1/4th cup chopped capsicum
  5. 1/4th cup chopped carrots
  6. 1/4th cup chopped cabbage
  7. Ginger and chilli paste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water for making batter
  10. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar add sprouted moong
  2. Now add besan
  3. Now add suji
  4. 1 tspn ginger and chilli
  5. Add little water
  6. Now add salt
  7. Now churn all things together to make a course paste
  8. Heat a non stick pan
  9. Add a full laddle of moong paste spread little
  10. Brush little oil on both side
  11. Cook till it changes a colour
  12. Serve with ketchup
