Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi 1 cup
  2. Raw rice 1/2 cup
  3. Urad dal 1/4 cup
  4. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  5. Salt
  6. Baking soda 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak millet, raw rice, urad dal for 2 hours
  2. Grind with grated coconut to make smooth batter
  3. Ferment it for 6 hours
  4. Add salt and baking soda and mix well
  5. Pour the batter on hot aapam pan and cover with lid
  6. Cook for 1 min on medium flame
