Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Quinoa-1cup
  2. Veggies- 1 cup( mattar ,carrot brocccoli ,spinach)
  3. Chat masala-1tsp
  4. Green chilli -2 chopped
  5. Garam masala-1/2tsp
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Cornflour-2tbsp
  8. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Method Heat 2cup water, bring to a boil, add quinoa and veggitables. Add palak, after 5minutes switch off the gas leave aside the with cover Add all other ingredients mix well, make balls of desired shape Heat nonstick tawa apply oil and roast kababs.
  2. Roast kababs from both sides. Eat with chutney or sauce.
