Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Barnyard rice 1 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Oil 2 tsp
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Onion 1
  7. Grated carrot 1
  8. Green chilli 1
  9. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the rice
  2. Add 2 1/2 cup water and cook for 15 min
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chilli, carrot and saute it
  4. Add it to the rice and mix well
  5. Add salt, curd , coriander leaves and mix well
