Bottle gourd paneer fritters

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bottle Gourd – 1 cup - finely chopped
  2. Paneer -100 gram - grated finely
  3. Kismiss - 15
  4. Gram Flour – 1 cup
  5. Big Onion – 1- finely chopped
  6. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  8. Hing-a pinch
  9. Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  10. Ginger –  1/2 inch
  11. Garlic pods – 8
  12. Green Chilli - 1
  13. Coriander Leaves – few
  14. Salt- as required
  15. Oil- for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind the bottle gourd along with ginger, garlic and green chilli to a fine paste.
  2. Add grounded paste, gram flour, onions, paneer, kismiss, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, hing, coriander leaves, salt and mix well.
  3. Make small balls and shape them like fritters
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters until golden colour.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney or chilli chutney.
