Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 Cups Sabudana
  2. 4 Large Potatoes
  3. 1/4 Cup Cilantro
  4. 2 Green Chilies
  5. 1/4 Cup Peanuts
  6. Oil for Greasing
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak Sabudana in enough hot water for 1.5 hours
  2. Drain the water and keep it in sieve above the vessel for 30 minutes
  3. Boil the Potatoes
  4. Roast the peanuts and grind them in grinder .
  5. Wash and chop the Cilantro
  6. Wash and chop the green chilies
  7. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes
  8. Take a big bowl
  9. Add Sabudana, mashed potatoes, Cilantro , green chilies and peanuts
  10. Now add Salt and Pepper as per the taste
  11. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough
  12. Take one grill plate of sandwich maker
  13. Grease it with Ghee
  14. Spread the dough evenly
  15. Drop few drops of oil on top of it
  16. Close it and let it cook
  17. Once cooked from one side , flip it
  18. Let it cook from other side
  19. Take it out on plate and cut into bars
  20. Serve them with Green Chutney or Chutney of your choice
