ABOUT Crispy noodles RECIPE

It is an Indo Chinese recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles- 1 Packet
  2. Cabbage- 1/2cup, shredded
  3. Carrots- 1, julienned
  4. Capcicum- 1/2 sliced
  5. Onion 1 sliced
  6. Soya chunks- 1/2 cup
  7. Tomato , chilli and soya sauce- 1 tbsp
  8. Vinegar- 1 tsp
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Ajinomoto- a pinch
  12. oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles and then fry them till they are crispy.
  2. Add 2tbs oil.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add onion, capsicum and carrots saute for a min.
  5. Add soya granules.
  6. Now add cabbage and saute.
  7. Add all sauces.
  8. Add salt and ajinomoto.
  9. Toss all sauces in high flame.
  10. Add crispy noodles and toss and serve hot.
