these are made of many healthy ingredients such as poha,almonds,flaxseed,poppy seeds ,jaggery,sesame seeds,pistachio,oats , decicated coconut

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup Jaggery
  2. 1/2 cup peanuts
  3. 1/2 cup almonds
  4. 2tsp flax seeds
  5. 2tsp sesame seeds
  6. 1/2 cup sattu powder
  7. 1cup thin poha
  8. 2tsp Ghee
  9. 1tbsp edible gum
  10. 1/2 cup decicated coconut

Instructions

  1. roast poha
  2. roast peanuts and remove skin
  3. roast almonds
  4. roast sesame seeds
  5. roast poppy seeds
  6. roast flax seeds
  7. roast coconut
  8. roast everything separately
  9. chop jaggery in small pieces
  10. add ghee to pan and fry edible gum
  11. now in a grinder grind all things together
  12. add sattu to grinder
  13. grind it
  14. make small size ladoos and enjoy
