Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 200 gram besan
  2. 100 gram desi ghee or unsalted butter
  3. 2 tsp semolina ( optional for crunch )
  4. 1/2 cup sugar or as per your taste
  5. 1 tbs desiccated coconut
  6. 2 tsp condensed milk
  7. 15 almonds nuts finely chopped
  8. 1/2 + 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  9. 2 tsp melon seeds (optional)


  1. take a pan put ghee and let it hot
  2. now add semolina and roast little on low heat
  3. add besan and on low heat cook until nice golden color
  4. switched of flame take roasted besan in a plate let it cool down little
  5. now add sugar and chopped almonds, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and melon seeds
  6. mix everything nicely
  7. now mix condensed milk and desiccated coconut, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder also
  8. make small small balls with coconut and condensed milk mixture
  9. now take small portions of besan and make it like flat puri with hands
  10. keep inside one coconut and condensed milk ball and give a shape of ladoo
  11. make all laddoo like that
