Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach - 250 gms
  2. Potatoes - 2
  3. Red chilli - 1
  4. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
  5. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
  6. Chilli powder -1/2 tspn
  7. Rock salt
  8. Oil/ghee

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND RED CHILLI
  2. WHEN THEY SPLUTTER, ADD CHOPPED POTATOES
  3. SAUTE THEM ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 5 MIN
  4. NOW ADD HALDI, CHILLI POWDER, ROCK SALT AND COOK THE MASALA.
  5. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND COOK TILL TOMATOES BECOMES TENDER
  6. IN THE END ADD SPINACH AND MIX PROPERLY
  7. SPINACH WILL LEAVE WATER, COOK BY COVERING
  8. CHECK IF POTATOES HAVE TENDER AND RAWNESS SMELL OF SPINACH HAS GONE
