Ingredients Serving: 4
2 cups maida
1 cup milk
3 spoon curd
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking soda
5-6 drops of vanilla essence
1/2 cup mixed nuts like tuti fruti ,almonds,kaju,walnuts
1 cup dissolved jam With water
1 cup choco chips
1/2 tbsp Sprinkles
Instructions
First seive Maida,baking soda and baking powder
In another pan add milk,butter and sugar mix all and give a boil than beat it for 3 mins add curd in it than again beat it in the end add vanilla essence in it add some nuts in it mix it gently add in to greased tin
Bake it for 180'c at 30 mins
After 20 mins check the cake weather it's done or not
Now when the cake is done demould it and cool down for 15 mins
Now in a bowl take jam add some water and make a smooth paste apply on cake and spread choco chips and sprinkles on it
