This cake is eggless the best thing in this cake is so soft and spongy the outer layer of this cake is jello which is made with jam

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups maida
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 3 spoon curd
  4. 1 cup oil
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. 5-6 drops of vanilla essence
  9. 1/2 cup mixed nuts like tuti fruti ,almonds,kaju,walnuts
  10. 1 cup dissolved jam With water
  11. 1 cup choco chips
  12. 1/2 tbsp Sprinkles


  1. First seive Maida,baking soda and baking powder
  2. In another pan add milk,butter and sugar mix all and give a boil than beat it for 3 mins add curd in it than again beat it in the end add vanilla essence in it add some nuts in it mix it gently add in to greased tin
  3. Bake it for 180'c at 30 mins
  4. After 20 mins check the cake weather it's done or not
  5. Now when the cake is done demould it and cool down for 15 mins
  6. Now in a bowl take jam add some water and make a smooth paste apply on cake and spread choco chips and sprinkles on it
  7. Serve it
