Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Idly rice- 1cup
  2. Sona masuri rice- 1cup
  3. Urad dal one hand full
  4. fenugreek seeds- 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the ingredients for 4 hours. Grind with salt. Let it ferment over night. The batter should be like dosa batter.
  2. Heat appam pan and brush with oil.
  3. Add tbsp of prepared batter to it and brown on both sides.
