Ingredients to make Vrat ka uttapams

  • Samak ke chawal 250 grams
  • oil as needed for frying
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • Some chopped green chilli,coriander
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • water as needed to make batter

How to make Vrat ka uttapams

  1. TAKE 250 GRAMS SAMAK KI CHAWAL,SOAK FOR 4-5 HOURS TAKE IT INTO MIXER ALONG WITH WATER
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP ROCK SALT
  3. HEAT TAVA,SPREAD SOME OIL ON IT,WITH A SPOON POUR BATTER AND DON'T SPREAD
  4. SPRINKLE SOME CORIANDER,CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND SUGAR ON TOP OF UTTAPAMS
  5. SPRINKLE SOME OIL ON THE TOP AND SIDES
  6. SERVE VRAT KE UTTAPAMS WITH PHALAHARI CHUTNEY.ENJOY!
