ABOUT Rajgira Chi Thalipeeth RECIPE

This is a typical Maharashtraian Dish .During fasts since wheat maida is not consumed, people prefer having this. Its light to stomach and if cooked on a non stick tawa its consumes less oil too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rajgiri ka atta
  2. 1 cup grated potatoes
  3. 2 green chillies chopped
  4. 1/4 cup crushed groundnuts
  5. Salt sendha namak
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. 2. Add rajgiri flour, add all the other ingredients and mix dry.
  3. 3. Then slowly add water little by little.
  4. 4. On a non stick pan grease the pan, take little dough, pat it on the tawa with hand and make two three holes in center. Add drops of oil and cover and cook on both sides till done.
  5. 5. Serve with curd and pudhina dip.
