Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Poha 200gms
  2. Sweet corn half cup
  3. Chick peaflore half cup
  4. Sabudana 100gms
  5. Chilli slices half cup
  6. Onion chopped 1cup
  7. Ginger chopped 1tsp
  8. Jeera 1 tsp
  9. Salt 1tsp
  10. Coriander chopped half cup
  11. For chuteny::
  12. Dri chana half cup
  13. Coconut tender half cup
  14. Salt half tsp
  15. Green chilli 2
  16. Half tsp jeera
  17. Tadaka

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put poha
  2. Pour water should soaked half an hour as same as sabudana then strain water
  3. Sabhudana stain water keep a side
  4. Take a big mouth bowl put all other ingrediente include chick peaflore
  5. Mix well though out all ingrediente mash as pakoda batter
  6. Take small doe make as round shape
  7. Heat the an oil for deep fri for it leave pakoda balls into oil fri up to gold roasted
  8. Take out tissue paper
  9. For chutney::take a blender put dri chana dall,coconut ,chilli,jeera,salt add
  10. Water to make as paste
  11. Transfer chutney into serving bowl add tadaka
  12. Ready to serve poha pakoda with chutney
