Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 2 cup,
  2. Urad daal 3/4 cup,
  3. Cumin seed 1 teaspoon,
  4. Crushed black peppers 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Greated Ginger 2tbsp
  6. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon,
  7. 1pinch hing,
  8. Curry leaves 4-5,
  9. Few springs of corriander leaves,
  10. Green chilli chopped 1-2,
  11. Cauliflowers slice 3/4 cup,
  12. Chopped potatoes 3/4 cup,
  13. Baking soda 2pinch
  14. Salt taste wise,
  15. Fry for oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the Rice, urad daal for 4hrs or over night.
  2. 2. Grind the soaked daal to a smooth batter like vada batter.
  3. 3. Add all spices, vegetables, salt and baking soda.
  4. 4. In a kadai heat oil, keep the flame to medium.oil should not be very hot. when the oil became medium hot then add small size batter like pakoda.
  5. 5. slightly golden then gentle turn over till crispy and golden.
